Memory Care
At The Stratford at Beyer Park, we believe deeply in providing personalized care for each of our residents. This is especially true for our residents who are living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. We require our staff, known as care partners, to continually complete extensive certified training to better support our residents living with memory loss.
Even more important is that we select individuals to provide care who “have hearts of gold.” Not everyone is cut out to be a memory caregiver, and those who serve at The Stratford at Beyer Park are passionate about providing our Generations residents with a safe, secure and vibrant life. They are a special breed who love caring for our most vulnerable!
